The collection contains and firstly presents all 30 known songs with guitar accompaniment by the Croatian Romantic composer and guitar virtuoso Ivan Padovec (Padowetz, 1800-1873), composed on Croatian and German texts between 1837 and 1867, and mostly published in Vienna, Varaždin and Zagreb during the 19th century.
